Smarter Power for Your Shades

If your shades are still running on traditional AA batteries, it might be time for an upgrade. The Rechargeable Battery Wand is a smarter, more efficient solution that eliminates the need to constantly buy and replace batteries. Most battery-powered blinds use 12 AA batteries, which can cost around $20 every time they need replacing. Over the years, that adds up—not just in money, but in waste. The lithium-ion design delivers steady power, charges quickly, and lasts up to a year depending on use. It mounts discreetly behind the headrail, keeping your window treatments looking clean and polished. Make the switch once and enjoy better performance, lower costs, and less maintenance.

The Benefits

Powering your shades shouldn’t be a hassle. Upgrading to a Rechargeable Battery Wand gives you reliable performance without the constant cycle of buying, replacing, and disposing of AA batteries.
Durable black and beige erasers for cleaning and editing pencil marks. Compact and portable for art, school, and office use. High-quality erasing tools for precision.

No More Buying AA Batteries

Most standard battery-operated shades rely on 12 AA batteries to function. While that might seem simple at first, the cost adds up quickly. On average, you could be spending around $21 every 6 months, depending on how often you use your shades. Over the lifespan of your window treatments, that becomes a significant investment in disposable batteries. Upgrading to a rechargeable wand eliminates this ongoing cost and helps reduce household waste.

Never Lose Power

Traditional alkaline batteries slowly lose their ability to deliver full power as they drain. This can cause your shades to slow down or behave inconsistently until the batteries are completely replaced. The Rechargeable Battery Wand uses a lithium-ion battery that maintains consistent performance all the way down to 1 percent. Your shades stay responsive and reliable until the battery is fully depleted.

Low Battery

Low Battery Notifications

With PowerView Automation, it’s easy to keep track of your battery level. When the charge gets low, you’ll receive a notification from the PowerView App or by email. It will tell you exactly which shade needs attention, so you can recharge at the right time. No guesswork and no unexpected downtime.

Quickly Swap or Charge

Recharging is fast and flexible. The optional Dual Charging Station allows you to keep spare battery wands charged and ready. When a battery runs low, simply remove it from the magnetic mount and snap in a fully charged one. The low battery can then go into the charger to be ready for next time. You can also leave the wand mounted and use the single charger to recharge it in place. Both options will have the wand fully charged in under three hours.
